What we install

• A motorised shutoff valve on the main supply line, with manual operation kept
• Leak sensors at the water heater, laundry, dishwasher, under sinks, at the sump and in the mechanical room
• Temperature sensors that warn before pipes freeze
• A one-tap Away mode that closes the valve when you leave for a trip
• A written map of where every sensor sits

How it stays local

The decision to close the valve is made on the hub in your house and carried over Thread. No internet, no phone and no app are involved. If the router is off or the power flickers, the shutoff still works.

Several Quebec insurers offer a home insurance discount or rebate for a leak detection system with automatic shutoff of the main water supply. Terms differ by insurer, so ask yours before the install. We supply the documentation they need.
