What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the information you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, postal code, the systems you are interested in, your message and your preferred contact method. The site also loads Google Tag Manager, which may set analytics and advertising cookies from Google and measure how the site is used, including pages viewed and approximate location. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry details to respond to you, to prepare for a site visit and to provide a quote. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for marketing you did not ask for.
How it is handled
Enquiries are delivered to our mailbox by an email delivery provider acting as our service provider. Usage measurements are processed by Google under its own privacy policy. Your details are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a record of any work we do for you, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us using the contact details in the footer and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top of this page is updated.
