Climate & heating
Heating and cooling that respond to who is home, which windows are open and the time of day, without a thermostat that needs a cloud account.

What we install
- Thermostats for forced air, heat pumps and electric baseboards
- Radiant floor and radiator control per room
- Window and door sensors that pause heating in a room being aired
- Humidity and air quality sensors
- Schedules and presence rules you can edit yourself in Apple Home
How it stays local
Schedules and presence rules run on the hub. A thermostat that needs a cloud to hold a schedule is a thermostat that stops working during an outage. Ours do not.
Good to know
We check your existing wiring and equipment during the survey. Electric baseboards, which heat most Montreal homes, need line-voltage thermostats, and some heating systems need a specific thermostat family. We say so before you buy anything.
