What we install

• Door and window contacts on every opening, motion sensors in the main rooms, glass-break sensors where the glazing is large
• Indoor and outdoor sirens, with lighting that comes on when the alarm does
• Home, Away and Night modes, armed from a keypad, your phone, or on their own when the house empties
• Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors tied in, so a night alarm also turns on the lights and unlocks the exit doors
• A camera clip attached to every alarm event, so the notification shows what tripped it
• Entry and exit delays, and notifications to the phones you choose

How it stays local

Arming, sensors, sirens and lighting rules all run locally. The alarm still triggers and still sounds when the internet is down. Only the push notification waits for the connection to come back.

Good to know

This is a self-monitored system: it alerts you and the people you choose, and there is no monthly monitoring fee. If you need a certified monitoring station on the line, for an insurer for example, tell us during the survey and we will say plainly what we can and cannot do.
