We install the parts and the reasons.
IntelliKrib designs, installs and commissions connected home systems from its base in Montreal, across Quebec and in Ottawa. We started because too many smart homes end up as a drawer of apps: a different controller for every brand, a subscription for every feature and a different way of failing for each.
What we believe
A home system should be owned outright, work without the internet, be built on open standards and be documented well enough that someone else can maintain it. Those four things drive every decision we make about hardware and design.
What we install
Cameras and recording, water protection, locks and entry, climate and heating, lighting, multi-room audio, sensors and presence, window coverings, and the controller and networking that hold it together. Each category is designed to work with the others and to be added later without replacing anything.
How we work
A free site survey, a written design with a fixed price, then installation and commissioning with you in the room. You leave with the system on your phone, a documentation pack and admin access to everything.
