We install the parts and the reasons.
Intellikrib designs, installs and commissions connected home systems in Montreal and the surrounding region. We started because too many smart homes end up as a drawer of apps: a different hub for every brand, a subscription for every feature and a different way of failing for each.
What we believe
A home system should be owned outright, work without the internet, be built on open standards and be documented well enough that someone else can maintain it. Those four things drive every decision we make about hardware and design.
What we install
Cameras and recording, water protection, locks and entry, climate and heating, lighting, multi-room audio, sensors and presence, and the hubs and networking that hold it together. Each category is designed to work with the others and to be added later without replacing anything.
How we work
A free site survey, a written design with a fixed price, then installation and commissioning with you in the room. You leave with the system on your phone, a documentation pack and admin access to everything.
